Returning Merchandise
To return merchandise within 30 days, call (817) 778-4824, and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* and RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS*. An exchange, replacement or refund cannot be issued unless you have a Return Authorization Number. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please follow the shipping instructions below carefully:
- Securely repack merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.
- Return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material the manufacturer sent with the merchandise (manuals, warranty cards, cables, etc.).
- In large, bold print, clearly mark the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* on two outside panels of the box.
- Send your package prepaid and insured to:

control system, therefore all of the products available for
sale should be available for shipment. Product specific Order

For most U.S. orders, United Parcel Ground Service is used.
This is our Standard Service. The Shipping Methods will be presented

the best service to facilitate your order. Some of the carriers

Shipping Fees:
Shipping and handling charges to destinations within the U.S.
are determined by the weight of the shipment and the shipping
method(s) you choose. The Shipping Fee for a specific order

Due to courier surcharges for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii,
and additional fee may be incurred for shipments to these states.
International
Orders:
International shipping & handling fees is determined by
the destination and weight of merchandise ordered. To obtain
a quote for an International order, please contact us. A customer
service specialist will get back to you with the shipping cost,
available methods, and ordering instructions within one business
day.
Taxes
and Customs Duties:
Emrktstore.com charges required local and state taxes for orders
shipped to Texas.
Import
duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government
on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate
from Emrktstore.com charges and are beyond our control or ability
to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your
government.
You are
responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees
charged by your government. Please check with your local post

Customs
Sticker:
Emrktstore.com is required by law to declare an accurate monetary
value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any
requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
